In our online store it is important to receive your order as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Your order is our main concern.

That is why we have sought out the best logistics and transportation partners to offer an efficient, fast, secure and value-added shipping service to meet your needs.

Our priority is your satisfaction and we want you to have the best shopping experience, offering free shipping (offer valid only for mainland Portugal) for purchases over €50.

When making a purchase on our website www.vsportswear.pt, the user/consumer will be able to choose two methods of shipping the order in mainland Portugal: pick-up at a point or store or delivery to the address indicated.

Once we have confirmed your order, we begin the preparation process. The estimated delivery time varies between 1 and 5 working days depending on the carrier and destination selected, and may change depending on the time of year. The dates shown are merely indicative.

Any delay in the shipment of your order does not entitle you to any compensation.

We deliver orders in Portugal, to Spain and other EU countries.

We know how important it is to be informed about the progress of your order. You can follow the whole process in the “Track Order” area of our online store.

We do not ship to non-EU countries.

Deliveries are made on working days, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

During periods of promotions, sales, Christmas and stock-outs, we do not guarantee the times indicated.

The delivery of the order at home, or at the address indicated for this purpose, will imply that the customer will bear the delivery costs, which may vary depending on the value of the products ordered, weight and size and the destination area of the order.

The risks of the product will be borne by the user/consumer from the moment of delivery.

Víbora Sportswear Lda will not be liable for failure to comply with any obligation that is due to an event of force majeure (beyond the control of Víbora Sportswear Lda).

  • Spot deliveries in mainland Portugal (+ 2 working days);
  • Spot deliveries in mainland Portugal (+ 2 working days);
  • Home deliveries to Madeira and the Azores (+ 2 working days);
  • Spot deliveries to Madeira and the Azores (+ 2 working days);
  • Home delivery in mainland Spain (+ 2 working days);
  • Home delivery in the rest of the European Union (+ 2 working days).
